Billing policy

POLICY
  • Billing seats are the active users (admins + employees) at month end; overages auto-adjust next month.
  • Upfront fee is charged at signup via Stripe; the monthly subscription is billed each month afterward.
  • Prices are tax-exclusive. Invoices and receipts are issued automatically by Stripe.
  • Cancel via the Stripe customer portal before the renewal date.
